Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall

The room is new well maintain at this moment and value price for above mall

The breakfast spread is sad and the toilet at reception area is dirty. Swimming pool closes too early at 8pm usually as tourist will b bac room after dinner then cant go to the pool

Hotel is clean and very comfortable, location is good too as it is directly above the mall which is very convenient!

The price is a little high.

Location to the mall is a plus with the convenience and prefer that there was lesser crowds as compared to MidValley South Key. Checkout was extended by 1 hour upon request which is appreciated. Breakfast buffet is good with decent variety.

Room was on the 15th floor facing the main road and could hear some traffic noise at night while sleeping but still acceptable. Aircon was very warm during check-in but this was fixed immediately by engineering team.

Comfort & clean room with nice service from hotel staff

check in time (4 pm) and check out time (11 am) is not into my expectation. I traveled a lot across different hotels in Malaysia and also in other countries, either in 5 star hotels or low tier hotels. I never see the hotel with such late check in time and early check out time without any compromise.

Water drainage in the shower chamber is very bad

No body lotions are provided, and rooms are priced

The room is clean and has a great view. Excellent hospitality!

Breakfast spread could be improved.

Big spacious ac cold beside mall setel ketel

it was convenient being next to the mall. The hotel gave us a connecting room as requested which as fabulous. There was drinking water provided. Not only tea, camomile tea! the swimming pool was great. Everything was clean. Lifts were fast. all in all, i really enjoyed my stay there.

It was within the Mall which make it convenience.

My room was facing the rooftop & my TV wasn't working.

Breakfast was ok, The Fresh Orange Juice was goodThe Rooms was clean and the location was good

The swimming pool is under renovation now.

It is integrated with the shopping mall and very convenient. I also like the breakfast at the hotel, where kids dine for free.

The lifts must wait a little longer during checkout and peak hours. The swimming pool is out of bound due to renovation during the period of stay. However, the gym is great!

Location next to a very good mall. It's far from the immigration area but that's probably a good thing since the City Square mall there was very disappointing. Paradigm mall next to the hotel was really very good.Nice lobby area. Good room size.

My shower plug was blocked. Was afraid the water was going to flow over on to the floor when I had a shower.I also wasn't informed that the swimming pool was closed for maintenance so I was quite surprised to find this out.

Very convenient as there is a huge mall with a lot of halal eateries. Don’t need to travel far with young children.

The breakfast should have more choices. Two days felt the same menu.

Stayed here a few timesConvenient location - right next to Paradigm MallRoom is large Converted sofa bed to extra bed for the child

it was a very convenient location so food, entertainment was at arm's length.

water pressure in the shower could be much betterroom could be a little bit more cleaner not that it was very dirty, just a little bit dusty

Location was very convenient as the mall was very easily accessible from the hotel. Food for breakfast was nice and had a few of the usual options like nasi lemak and roti canai. Room was quite clean for the 1 night stay. Staff and security was also very friendly and approachable to ask for assistance.

The internet at the lvl 7 reception lobby was very slow although at room it was quite stable. Control for room lighting was abit strange.

Staff were polite n professional.

Pool was under renovation. Could have included info in website.

Place was clean and spacious staff is friendly room service tip top room was super clean aircond in our room was not cold then they sent tecnician in split second to do the aircond and less then 15min aircond was done staying there a weeks was really make our day will comeback again soon awesome hyatt place we love ur rooms.....

Pool is under renovation till 1st may i think if i not mistaken...

The property was perfect for my family, the outstanding service and cleanliness of the premises were above average. The staff members were excellent, attentive and catered to our requests for a portable fan when requested. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends to stay here whenever visiting Johor Bahru!

There’s nothing to dislike about the property

Great location conveniently located within a mall

Swimming pool is out of order until mid this year, given this, there isn't much facilities available
